MPR’s List of Services

The patented HSSX® Process is an ion-exchange system that utilizes MPR’s Vesalt® resin. The SSX Process was developed to remove suspended solids from amine solutions to a submicron level.  The HCX Process was developed specifically to remove hydrocarbons (including diesel, gas, oils, paraffins, BTEX and various petroleum intermediates) from amine solutions.

Amine Cleaning

HSSX® Heat Stable Salt Removal, HCX Hdrocarbon Removal  SSX™ Suspended Solids Removal, and HCX Hydrocarbon Removal

The GLYCOLEX Process was developed to remove both cation and anion contaminants from common glycols including Monoethylene Glycol (MEG) , di– ethylene glycol (DEG), tri-ethylene glycol (TEG), tetra-ethylene glycol (TTEG), and di-glycol amine (DGA).

Glycol Contaminants Removal Service- The Glycolex  Process

The MPRox Process efficiently converts refinery spent caustics including sulfidic, naphthenic and cresylic into a biodegradable stream suitable for treatment in a conventional wastewater treatment plant.

Handling Spent Caustics—MPRox Process

The APS Program reduces the potential for cyanide assisted corrosion while significantly reducing the potential for free cyanide in the refineries waste water effluent.

Remove Cyanide and Prevent Corrosion— MPR's Ammonium Polysulfide Program

Sulfolane contaminent removal—The Sulfolex Process

The Sulfolex Process removes impurities from sulfolane.

Removal of Oxazolidone— The Oxex Process

The OXEX™ Process converts oxazolidone, a degradation product of amines like DIPA,. The conversion recovers your amine.

Removal of Foaming— SigmaPure Technology

The SigmaPure technology mitigates foam from amines without the hassle of chemical, antifoam injections.  This technology also removes the contributing contaminates to prevent foaming.
